Family sources confirmed this Sunday the death of Charlotte Rodríguez, a young mother of Dominican origin, and her companion, Darius Coon, a Detroit native, with whom she had last been seen last Wednesday, July 16, in Miami, United States. Both were missing, and their families had no information about their whereabouts.

According to preliminary information, Charlotte’s body was found on a beach, while Darius’s was found inside a vehicle. It is presumed that other deceased persons were found in the same area, further aggravating the seriousness of the case.

Charlotte’s family, unable to obtain answers, traveled from the Dominican Republic to Miami, where they unfortunately received the devastating news after identifying the body at the local morgue.

So far, authorities have not provided official details about the cause of the incident or whether it was a crime. The community hopes for a swift and clarified investigation.
